Smarter Technologies announced the successful completion of the purchase of 100% of the share capital of NFC. The acquisition complements its existing software and digital transformation business, with a range of proprietary hardware solutions and the Orion Data Network. Use of the network and the capability to fuse the group’s software expertise and infrastructure with NFC’s state-of-the-art hardware will be a key driver of value in the group going forward.
